摘要
对于一些染料及其中间体生产过程中产生的废水,直接采用生化法处理往往较困难,采用化学氧化法处理效果较理想,臭氧氧化即是其中的一种,为了提高臭氧的氧化效果,降低处理成本,本研究采用某些金属氧化物、金属盐、H2O2、NaClO与O3组成复合催化氧化体系,对难生物降解的水溶性染料,进行了处理研究,试验获得了满意的结果。
Biochemical treatment of wastewater from some dyes and dye intermediates is not easy, but ideal treatment efficeency can be obtained by adopting chemical oxideation, In our study, some metal oxidates, such as TiO2. ZnO. CuO. V2O5. Fe2O3. MnO2 et al, H2O2, NaClO, O3 and some metal salts, such as CuCl. Fe2SO4. H2O2 .Fe2(SO4),. XH2O2 are used to form combined catalytic oxidation systems and Reactive red violet X-2R is treated by these systems. It is found that the oxidation ability of O3 is improved by adding catalysts and we can obtain following results according to COD clearance: 1) Oxidation efficiency catalysed by metel salts is superior to that by metal oxidates. 2) The excellent systems are O3-Cu+ -NaClO,O3-Cu+- H2O2 and O3-Fe2+-H2O2; COD clearances are 90%, 77% and 72% respectively. COD clearance in these systems is about 40% higher than that in O3 system. Although efficiency in O3 -Cu+- NaClO system is the best of all, O3-Fe2+-H2O2 system is apt to be utilized because of the cheap cost of FeSO4. 7H2O2.
