丘陵农区庭园经济研究和农科教结合示范的报告

A REPERT ON THE STUDIES OF HOUSEHOLD ECONOMICS IN HILLY AREAS AND EXAMPLES OF THE COMBINATION OF TECHNOLOGY, AGRICULTURE AND EDUCATION

本研究主要取得了6项结果:①调查了研究基点胡桥村的农业资源。②推广了良种和技术。其中建立了桃、栗、茶3个示范片,培养了18个示范户,推广了17个良种、传播了若干项种植和养殖技术,印发了10种技术手册。③研究了致富途径:其一,提出了“速效项目开路,长效项目跟上,以短养长、长短结合,滚动前进”的发展经济策略;其二,建议乡农技站逐年制订推广计划,实行定人、定项、定质、定量的推广责任制;其三,建议发展龙头企业,创办村、组销售服务体系,以解决产品销售难的问题。④试验出几项新技术:就地找到一滴灵眼药水的原料——蓍草,而且试验出它的繁殖技术;试验出防治葡萄灰霉病、黑痘病和山楂锈病的技术。⑤总结出茶、桃、栗、蚕、羊的生产经验。⑥取得了经济的、社会的和生态的效益。

The Study achieves six results; 1) the survey of agricultural resources in Huqiao Village-outer study's example point; 2) the spreadth of 17 excellent varieties and some techniques; 3) a study on the way of getting rich, first, put forward a proposal about tactics on developing economics-some or products making money quickly should be given priority to development, then, develop other more beneficial but slower products, in order to overcome the difficulty of funds for developing produce; Second, Agri-technical stations should lay down yearly scheme for technical spreadth and carry out seriously; third, develop leading industry and Village/ Group market to overcome selling difficulty. 4) the advancing of some new tech- niques, e. g, the methods of controlling two diseases of grapes, and one disease of hawthorn, and propagationg technique of wilson yarrow. 5) Summing up experiences of producing tea, peach, Chinese chestnut, sikworm, and sheep. 6) Obtaining economic, social and ecological benefits.
