摘要
本文采用放免分析法测定４５例不同类型白血病患者血清甲状腺素水平，结果表明促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）正常，三碘甲状腺原氨酸（Ｔ＿３）和甲状腺素（Ｔ＿４）降低；并对白血病患者血清甲状腺激素水平异常的机理和临床意义进行了讨论。
The serum thyrlid
hor-mones Levels were measured in 45 casesof various types of Leukemia by
radioim-muneassay.The results showed that therewas no obvious difference to TSH. Whilethe
serum T_3 and T_4 levels were lower. Themechanism of the abnormal levels of serum thyroid
hormones in Patiemts withleukemia and its clinical significance werediscussed.
