摘要
为了提高污泥的脱水性能,投加不同的混凝剂和助凝剂进行正交试验,结果证明以碱式氯化铝和石灰的组合为佳。当其投加量分别为10%时,经脱水后的污泥含水率为63.7~73.5%,固体产率9.88~20.04kg/m^2h。将小试成果在西安污水处理厂40m^2折带式真空转鼓滚机上使用,取得了预期的结果。
The different kinds and dosages of coagulant and assistant coagulants were added to anaerobic digestion sludge to improve the dewatering characteristic of sludge. The experimental results show that the combination of poly aluminium chloride and lime is a good candidate and water ratio of the dewatering sludge of 63. 7% to 73. 5% and dry solid yield of 9. 88 to 20. 04 kg/m2 . h are gained when the dosages are 10%. respectively. The same conclusion was obtained in the operation of 40m2bantbelt vacuum filter installed in Xian Wastewater Treatment Plant.
