摘要
介绍了将CA6150型普通车床改造成多功能经济型数控车床的方法,重点阐述了普通车床实现螺纹切削的方法与经济型数控车床实现螺纹切削的三种方案,并介绍了采用脉冲编码器码道可换的方法,在经简易数控改造后的CA6150车床上实现螺纹切削的具体措施。从理论和实践上证明了微电子与计算机技术用于旧机床改造的可行性。改造后提高了加工精度和生产率。
This paper introduces a method of transforming the CA6150 engine lathe into multi-function economic numerically-controlled lathe, and principally the method of thread cutting by engine lathe and three schemes of that by economically-controlled lathe. These lathes are equipped with replaceable pulse coder. The concrete measure of thread cutting by transformed economic numerically-controlled lathe is described too. it practically and theoretically proves that the feasibility of micro elec-tromics and computer may be used for the old lathe transforming. And the machining precisiom and efficiency may be raised, and the labor intensity may be reduced.
