摘要
研究结果表明,在亩施肥0—80公斤范围内,蛋白质、脂肪合量与氮、磷、钾肥施用量呈正相关,即随着氮磷钾肥施用量的增加而增加,在整个生育期蛋白质,脂肪含量与积温、降雨量、日照时数呈负相关;一定剂量的化学因子;EDTA、锗、β-环糊精拌谷种能提高谷子蛋白质脂肪含量.通过分析还提出了改善谷子品质的途径.
The effects of various ecological factors on the contents of protain and fat in millet were studied in 1990-1991. Results indicated that the contents are interrelated positively with the increasing of manuring from 0-80kg po mu. i. e. the contents of protain and fat increased with the applications of N, P,K fertilizers. While,the contents are interrelated negtively with the accumulated temperatural collection,rainfall and day length ; appling some substances-EDTA, Germanium, and β-dextrin to dress seed are useful to increase the protain and fat in millet. A new way of improving the quality of millet are agven also.
