摘要
分析了11个毛白杨优良无性系过氧化物同工酶酶谱。结果表明,11个无性系酶谱形状较为相似,各无性系在酶带的数量及迁移等方面存在不同程度的差异。采用排序的方法,规定相似系数≥60的无性系为同一类型,将11个无性系划为4个类型,这与多年形态特征观察的结果基本一致。
Through the isoenzyme pattern analysis of peroxidase for 11 superior clones of Populus tomentosa,the result shows that the form of isoenzyme pattern of differnet clones is very similar,but the quantity of bands and its migration rate are different.According to the similarity coefficient,11 superior clones are devided into 4 types.In the same type,the similarity coeffient of each clone is up to 60.The result of this classification is very similar to the result of morphological study.
