摘要
应用5-HT、DBH、PNMT、GABA、加压素、催产素、P物质、L-EnK、M-EnK、 Dyn-A、神经降压肽(NT)及CGRP抗血清的免疫组化法,检测了大鼠脑室中央管系统 (CCCVS)的室管膜与软膜面的一些CSFC神经元。研究表明:管膜上皮和软膜结缔组织中, 存在有多种递质或调质的阳性CSFC神经元。脑室游离面除由管膜表面神经元胞体或突起及 远隔部位神经元突起伸入与脑脊液接触外,管膜上皮间神经元也可伸入突起,构成CSFC神经 元。它们的突起也可和远隔部位神经元连系。管膜上皮间神经元大多可排列成数层;细胞形 态以多突或多角形为主,这与以往报道认为主要为双极神经元不同。此外本研究也观察到具 有两个突起的双极神经元与脑组织中神经元发出膨体状轴突支配管膜上皮。
With PAP-DAB or ABC-DABNi methods of immunohistochemistry, the serotonin-, DBH-, Leu-Enk-, Met-Enk-, DynA-, substance P-, neurotensin-, calcitonin-gene-related peptide-, vasopressin-, oxytocin- and GABA - like immunoreactive cell bodies and fibers in the cerebrospinal fluid-contacting neurons were demonstrated in the pia tissue and the central canal-cerebroventricular system. Although some bipolar neurons perpendicular to the superficial epithe lium were observed, predominant exhibition was polyhedral cells, especially those located interepithelially. In addition, cylindrical epithelial cells with ciliallike processes innervated by beaded terminals were also demonstrated.
