摘要
针对平面水冷模铸造时产生的“花脸”缺陷,通过理论和试验分析得出其原因是冷却速度所致,从而着重研究了沟槽式水冷模对冷却速度的影响,结果提高了铸锭表面质量.
The theoretical and experimental analysis shows that the surface blemish of the aluminium ingot is caused by cooling speed in the process of water conensing casting. The effect of the channel water condenser on cooling speed is studied. The surface quality of the water condensing cast ingot is improved.
