摘要
本文报告国产Caftazidime对临床分离的450株致病菌体外抗菌活性的研究,并与头孢唑啉,头孢孟多、头孢噻肟、头孢三嗪、头孢哌酮、头孢唑肟、羧苄青霉素、哌拉西林、庆大霉素和丁胺卡那霉素的抗菌作用进行比较。结果显示,Ceftazidime为一抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强的头孢菌素。对肠杆菌科细菌的作用与其它第三代头孢菌素相似,优于第一代、第二代头孢菌素,如头孢唑啉和头孢孟多。但对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用则不如后两者。Ceftazidime对绿脓杆菌的抗菌活性可与丁胺卡那霉素媲美,两药对50株绿脓杆菌的MIC_(50)和 MIC_(90)均分别为0.5和2μg/ml。本研究表明Ceftazidime为一较理想的头孢菌素,可用于治疗包括绿脓杆菌引起的严重的感染。
The in vitro activity of home-made ceftazidime was evaluated against 450 Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens isolated from patients in our hospital between 1980 and 1987, and compared with that of carbenicillin, piperacillin cefazolin, cefamandole, cefotaxime, ceftizoxime,cefoperazone,ceftriaxone,amikacin and gentamicin.The results showed that ceftazidime was highly active against clinical isolates tested.Ceftazidime and other third generation cephalosporms were similar in activity against enteric bacilli.However, in the activity against Pseudomonas aerugtnosa, ceftazidime showed its excellent action with the MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of 0.5 and 2μg/ml, respectively, which was much better as compared with otherthird generation cephalosporins and was quite equivalent to that of amikacin.Our results indicate that ceftazidime is an effective antibiotic in the treatment of serious infections, including those caused fay Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
