摘要
本文观察了溶脲脲原体(Ureaplasmaurealyticum,U.U.)对SD雄性大鼠睾丸的形态学影响。结果表明,在40例膀胱内接种U.U.(105CCU/ml)的大鼠中,有25例睾丸中分离出U.U,动物睾丸重量减轻。光镜下可见11例动物呈广泛的曲精小管萎缩,生精细胞严重脱落。部分曲精小管仅见支持细胞和少量精原细胞,有的仅剩下界膜。在曲精小管中发现许多多核巨细胞,有多核巨细胞处,生精上皮破坏更为明显,间质渗出、水肿。电镜观察发现,U.U.可吸附或侵入生精细胞内,造成生精细胞胞浆空泡化乃至崩解,部分线粒体基质空泡化或嵴消失。其余14只大鼠睾丸组织有局灶性破坏。
This study observed the morphologic effects of Ureaplasma urealyticum(U, U.)on the testes of male S. D. rats.It has been shown that of the 40 cases of rats,which were inoculated U. U. (105 CCU/ml)by injecting broth into the urinary bladder following laparectomy, 25 cases were detected U. U. in the testes and the weight of their testes was much lighter. Among the infected animals, 11 cases showed extensive degeneration in seminiferous tubules,germ cells exfoliation and the interstitial tissue permeation and edema. In part of the seminiferous tubules, only the Sertoli cells and few spermatogonia were still present but other germ cells were absent. In some seminiferous tubules,only tunica propria left, many multinucleated giant cells were found in the seminferous tubules,moreover,in these places the germinal epithelium were destroyed more dramatically.Electron microscopic studies revealed that U. U. can attach on or invade into the germ cells and cause the cytoplasm vacuoled and even collapsed. Mitochondria matrix vacuolization or cristae alteration were also found.Local degeneration of testicular tissue was found in the rest of 14 cases of rats.
