摘要
根据流体力学原理,分析了大落差管道有不满流存在时的稳态和瞬态流动特性。阐明虽然不满流的存在对压力波的传递有抑制作用,且可节省减压站的投资,但由于气体空间的存在,使管道中的部分管段呈气液两相流特性,而两相流管道的压力波传播过程与单相流动有着相当大的差别.因此不满流的存在不便于全线的生产管理和运行控制,高峰后的管段对事故反应慢,难以对可能发生的管线泄漏事故进行报警、定位,汽袋会使再启动产生困难。文中给出了计算实例。
The flow charateristics of steady and trasient state for slack line flow in a l ongslope pipeline were analyzed based on the principle of hydromechanics. It is illustrated thataIthough slack line flow can restraint surge and save investment for building pressure-reducingstation, some sections of the pipeline showed charateristic of two-phase liquid due to the slackline flow. The pipeline transient of gas-liquid mixture is much different from that of singlefluid.A pipeline in slack line flow has some disadvantages. It will not be facilitated formanaging and controlling production process. The section following the peak will beinsensitive for accidents.It will be very difficult to give the alarm and determine the positionof leak.It will be difficuIt to reoperate because of the gas volume in the pipeline.
