摘要
论述了钻井过程中钻头结构、钻井参数和岩石性质对井底模式的影响。通过对井底模式的研究,得出了可用反映宏观曲面的6个勒让得系数和模糊代表微观曲面的7个钻井参数来描述井底模式特征的结论。利用Fuzzy聚类方法进行的分析表明,井底模式表征参数与钻头结构密切相关。按文中建立的机械钻速、牙轮转速比等参数预测计算式进行计算的结果与实验结果基本一致。
The influence of the bit's strtucture.drillting parameters and rock character on the bottomhole pattern is expounded.By studying the bottomhole pattern, it is conecluded that six legendre coefficients describing the macroscopic curved surface and seven drilling parameters fuzzily representing the microscopic curved surface can be used to describe the characteristic of bottomhole pattern.Analysis by the Fuzzy Cluster method shows that the characteristic parameters of bottomhole pattern has close relation with the structure of the bit.
