摘要
简要介绍了CQS型旋冲钻井工具(射吸式冲击器)原理以及在长庆油田8口井现场试验情况。试验结果表明,中生界下白垩系和侏罗系地层(上部井段)机械钻速可提高20%~30%,中生界中、下三迭系地层(下部井段)机械钻速提高40%左右,工具性能稳定,钻头没有损害。结论认为,旋冲钻井工艺技术是提高破岩效率的行之有效方法。
The theory of the tool and field application in 8 wells in Changqing Oilfield are presented.The test results show ROP up by 20%-40%,and steady properties. No wear were foundon the bits. The conclusion is that the drilling techniques with the tool is an effective method for rockbreaking efficiency.
