免疫性和化学性损伤肝纤维化动物模型的比较 被引量:60

摘要 本文采用猪血清和硫代乙酰胺两种方法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察体重、形态学和血清学变化。进行比较。结果显示猪血清模型对大鼠整体损伤小,4周时出现肝纤维化,出现率高达86.7%,血清酶含量升高。结果稳定、可靠,自愈率低。硫代乙酰胺模型对大鼠整体损伤大,影响体重的增长,6周后才出现纤维化,周期长,影响实验。以上结果表明本实验成功的复制了国内尚未见报道的猪血清模型,猪血清模型明显优于硫代乙酰胺模型。 This paper applied porcine serum and thioacetamide to induce hepaticfibrosis model of rat,and we obsweved change of body weight,morphology,and serologyto compare the two models。The result showed: porcine serum induced model had little in-jury on the whole rat,hepatic fibrosis appeared after 4 weeks,the rate of appearance is86.7%。Serum enzyme content was increased,being stable and reliable。the rate of sponta-neous cure was low。The thioacetamide induced mode had severe injury on whole rat andaffeced the increasing of body weight,Hepatic fibrosis appeared after 6 weeks,the periodwas long,which influenced the experiment。The above result indicated that this experimentinduced the porcine serum model which had not been repo ted in China。porcine serum model is obviously better than thioacetamide mode。
