摘要
本文是将区域水资源规划纳入到宏观经济/环境系统中,应用多目标技术进行整体研究,使决策者可通过宏观经济水资源规划多目标决策分析模型的操作和运行,看到在不同策略下区域宏观经济、环境等目标与水资源规划关系的全貌.在该方法研究中,作者完成了这一方法的软件编制和开发工作,实现了决策分析过程的计算机化。
In this paper the regional water resources planning was embeded in the.macro-economic system and the multiple objective analysis (MOA) technique wasdeveloped on the basis of the integration of economy, sociaty, environment andwater resources system, to make' trees' into' forest'. Through the operation ofthe MOA model, the decision makers can explore many types of management alternative and their effect to the objectives and resources utilization and the trade offbetween objectives and resources, which are very important for the decision support:The software based on this approach has been developed and the decision analysis procedure has realized in the computer system.
