摘要
丝素涂膜涤纶加工过程中用稀土金属离子处理,可以提高再生丝素在纤维上的涂复率,并可改善丝素涂膜纤维的热水溶失性能和弱酸性染料的上染百分率,染色物的干湿摩擦牢度亦有所提高,使基质纤维表面真丝化的性能更好。为了查明稀土金属离子处理丝素涂膜涤纶的作用原理,采用了pH-电位滴定、红外吸收光谱和x-射线衍射等实验手段,证明稀土金属离子与丝素分子之间存在着配位作用。这种配位作用使涂膜纤维的表面,从结构上发生了有利于上述性能的变化。值得注意的是这种处理可以方便地在涂膜工序中实现。
In process of PEI Coated with fibroin. It is treated by Rare earth metal ion, the covered ratio may be raised. The nonsolubility in hot water. The moisture regain. The dyeing rate of weakly acidic dye and The dry-wet rubbing fastness of The coated fiber are improved. The silk-like properties on the surface of base fiber are better.To explain The action principle,we used some experimental methods, such as pH potentiometric titration, IR spectrum, and x-ray diffraction. It is proved that the complexing reaction is present between the rare earth metal ion and the fibroin molecule.The complexing reaction may be set off those changes on surface of covered fiber from structure. It is helpful to improve the above properties.It is worthnotice that the treatment may be achieved at the process of covered film,conveniently.
