左归饮加减对小鼠肝细胞内SOD的影响

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ANTIAGING WITH MODEFIED ZUOGUIYIN

本试验选用昆明种小鼠３２只，其中老年小鼠（１８月～２２个月）２４只，分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，Ｃ组为青年小鼠（２个月）８只，以中药方剂左归饮加减的水煎液给Ａ组小鼠自由饮用。７５天后，与Ｂ组相比活力增加，毛色光亮，肝细胞内ＳＯＤ活性明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验证明，以左归饮为主的水煎液，可增强肝细胞内ＳＯＤ的活性，因此有明显的抗氧化、抗衰老的作用。

mice of kunming species were used in the study,24 of which are old(18month～22month)and divided into two groups A and B,The other 8 mice were young composed of group C ,Themice in group A drank tranditional Chinese medicine modefied Zougui Yin that was decocted ,After 75days ,the mice were more activity and the hair of mice more bright than that of group B,the SOD activi-ty of group A in liver ceiis presented a marked rise(P<0.05).The results have showed that the pre-scription of modefied Zougui Yin can enhance SOD activety in the liver cells,so it is concluded that theprescription has obvious function on antioxidetion and antiaging.
