引种巴西甘薯叶化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OF IPOMOEA BATATAS LAM

从引种巴西甘薯干叶(西蒙)中分离鉴定出β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),木栓酮(Ⅱ),乙酰β-香树脂醇(Ⅳ),咖啡酸(Ⅴ)和槲皮素(Ⅵ)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ首次从该植物中分离得到。

From the leaves of Ipomoea batatas Lam, five compounds were isolated. Their structures were determined as β-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ) , friedelin ( Ⅲ ) , acetyl-β-amyrin ( Ⅳ ) , caffeic acid ( Ⅴ ) and quercetin. On the basis of the spectroscopic evidence (UV,IR,MS,NMR), Ⅲ , Ⅳ , Ⅴwere isolated from the plant for first time.
