摘要
通过对典型故障下高压油管压力波的波形分析和频谱分析,在压力波上定义一些特征参数作为诊断参数。将柴油机专家在喷射系统故障诊断方面的经验、知识和现场大量的统计资料进行整理,存储于知识库。采用Bayes定理进行推理,达到诊断机车柴油机喷射系统典型故障的目的。
By means of time-domain and spectrum analysis of the dynamic pressure of high-pressure fuel pipe under the conditions of the typical faults,several characteristic parametersare defined as the parameters of diagnosis. A lot of experts’rich experiences,knowledge andstatistics data on diesel locomotive injection system have been arranged and put into theknowledge bank.The typical faults diagnoses of diesel locomotive injection system have beenmade out by using bayes-theorem inference method.
