氢氧化铝脱水制备氟离子吸附剂的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文对工业氢氧化铝热脱水的制备除氟离子的吸附剂进行了研究。制备的γ-AlO(OH)γ-与Al2O3一样具有吸附氟离子的能力。可利用其除去水中所含的氟化物。结果表明:热脱水后经酸处理再热处理温度,对吸附剂的除氟能力是至关重要的,只有经酸处理且再经较高温处理,样品才具有较高的除氟能力。吸附氟离子的能力对热脱水的温度和时间较为敏感,并且温度和时间的影响还表现出某种关联性。所有这些工艺参数的敏感性和关联性向人们暗示,材料的表面状态(而非材料的物相结构)影响着氟的吸附,高活性的吸附表面可以通过控制工艺得到。通过酸处理及其后处理,可获得更有利的表面化学环境。 This paper studied the absorbent of fluoride by heating and dehydrating aluminum hydroxide.The test of absorbing fluoride indicates that r-AlO(OH) can absorb fluoride as well as γ-Al2O3. It is demonstrated that the most important factor is acide treating and heating behind dehydration. Only heated at higher tempertature,the sample's ability to absorb fluoride is more. The temperature and time of dehydation is also important and they have some relationship. All of the factors suggest that the state of surface is more important than structure of phases to the absorption of fluoride. Meanwhile,the high active absorption surface can beacquired by controling the production. The acid treating and post-acid treating,can make a better surface chemical condition.
