补硒对克山病病区居民血浆和血小板GPX活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 给克山病病区低硒居民补充亚硒酸钠、硒酵母共12周,以观察对血浆和血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性的影响。结果说明:①给克山病病区低硒居民补充两种形式的硒制剂,均可使血浆和血小板GPX活性增高,停硒4周后仍未下降到服硒前水平;②补硒8周两组血浆GPX活性已升至恒定水平,而硒酵母组在停硒后高于亚硒酸钠组;血小板GPX活性在补硒4周和8周分别升至恒定水平;③硒酵母在提高血小板活性上比亚硒酸钠慢,但在维持血小板GPX活性方面优于亚硒酸钠。 This study evaluated in comparison with sodium selenite the influence of selenium(Se)-yeast supplement for 12 weeks on plasma and platelet glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activities of residents in a keshan disease area. The results showed: ①GPX activities in plasma and platelet increased after supplementing sodium selenite or seyeast to residents in a low-Se keshan disease area;4 weeks after stopping supplements, GPX activities were still not decreased to the level before supplement. ②8 weeks after supplement, the plasma GPX activity increased to a constant level in both groups,but was higher in Se-yeast group than in selenite group after dosing. ③Se-yeast was slower than sodium selenite in increasing the GPX activity of platelets, but better than selenite in maintaining the GPX activity in platelet.
