摘要
用抗寒性不同的黄瓜品种,在子叶期和三片真叶期,研究了不同低温胁迫、低温胁迫不同时间以及不同渗透时间对叶片电解质渗出率的影响。结果表明:子叶期幼苗在一3℃低温下处理 18 h、渗透 90 min,是用电导法鉴定黄瓜品种抗寒性的适宜条件,三片真叶期与子叶期的鉴定结果一致。
The effect of low-temperature stress, stress time-length and the soaking time after' the sitess on electrolyte Leakage of leaves of cucumber seedllings at the cotyledon phase and the 3 rd-leaf age were studied among different chilling-resistant cultivars. The results indicated that the treatment for 18 hours and soaking for 90 min. under low temperature of - 3℃ were the optimum conditions for evaluationg cucumber chiling-resistance by electrical conductivity method at cotyledon age of the seedling. The results at the cotyledon phase are in agreement with the ones at the 3rd leaf age.
