论西藏“一江两河”地区种植业与畜牧业的关系

On the Relationship between Crop Planting and Animal Husbandry in One-Jiang River and Two-He River Region in Tibet

种植业和畜牧业是西藏“一江两河”地区的两大支柱产业，发展种植业的资源条件优于畜牧业，前景十分广阔，开发不仅可提供大量的粮食，而且可提供充足的饲草饲料。因而，现阶段开发的重点是种植业，随着种植业的发展加快畜牧业的发展，但重点是依靠种植业发展农区畜牧业，而不是草原放牧。

Crop planting and animal husbandry are two backbone industries in OneJiang River and Two-He River region in Tibet. The resource condition for the development of crop planting is superior to that of f the development of animal husbandry. The development of crop planting in this region, which has a very broad and bright future, will not only provide great amount of grain, but sufficient forage. Therefore, the key point is the development of crop planting, and the development of animal husbandry can be only accelerated with the development of crop planting. Also the emphasis of the animal husbandry development should be laid on that in the agricultural region, not grazing in pastures.
