摘要
本文评述了90年代发展起来的用nit突变株分析研究真菌营养亲和性的原理及进展,介绍了nit突变株诱发和配对试验的程序和方法。讨论了应用营养亲和性和亲和群分析在对植物病原真菌,特别是那些属于不完全菌类的病原的遗传分析、地理分布、流行病学、生理小种及毒力的关系,以及植物病害生物防治等领域的学术意义与应用价值。
This paper reviewed the studied headway of fungal vegetative compatibility in recent years. The methods and procedures of inducing nit mutants and their pairing test were described. The scientific and applied importances of fungal vegetative compatibility in genetic analysis, geography distribution, epidemiology, specific virulence of pathogenic fungi and biological control of some plant diseases were discussed in the present article.
