摘要
RE-P变质可使过共晶Al-Si合金的初晶硅得到细化,共晶硅由粗大针状转变为细小短杆状。采用多元合金化与热处理综合技术,充分发挥了合金的潜力,使合金的室温和高温强度及耐磨性得到明显提高,热膨胀系数降低。
The primary silicon in hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloys is refined and the eUtectic silicon changed from coarse acicular shape to small short rod by RE-P modification. By using the comprehensive technology of multiple alloying and heat trea tment, the potentiali.ty of alloys is fully developed, strength and abrasion resistance of the alloy are obviously improved and the thermo-expansion coefficient is decreased.
