六种中草药微量元素含量及其与阻断癌变作用的关系

^Relationship between blocking effects of six kinds of herbs on epithelia carcinogenesis in mouse forestomach and measurement of trace elements in the herbs

目的探讨中草药微量元素含量与其阻断小鼠前胃上皮癌变作用的关系。方法以肌氨酸乙酯盐酸盐诱发小鼠前胃鳞癌模型，研究白花蛇舌草、乌骨滕、斑蝥、冬凌草、冬虫夏草和山豆根对小鼠前胃上皮癌变的阻断作用。以电感耦合等离子发射光谱法，测定上述中草药硒、锰、锌、钼的含量，并与其抑癌率进行直线相关分析。结果６种中草药组小鼠癌变率均明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。６种中草药的抑癌率与Ｓｅ、Ｍｎ含量（分别为０．３０～１．４８、２９．２～３４．２）呈正相关（ｒ＝０．９２和０．７９４，Ｐ＜０．０２５～０．００２５），而与Ｚｎ和Ｍｏ含量无相关性。结论６种中草药对小鼠前胃鳞状上皮癌变均有一定阻断作用，此作用可能与其Ｓｅ和Ｍｎ含量有关。

Object To research the correlation between blocking effeCt of six kinds of Chinese herbs and trace elements in the herbs.Mehtod Using the carcinogenesis model induced by N-nitrososarcosine ethylester (NSEE) in mouse forestomach, the blocking effects of six kinds of herbs, including Hedyotis diffusa (Hd), Mursdenia tenacissima (Mt), Mylabris phalerata (MP), Rabdosia rubescens (Rr), Cordyceps sinemsis (Cs), Sophora subprostratachun (Ss) were studied. Then, four kinds of elements in 6 kinds of herbs were measured by inductively coupled argon plasma (ICP-AES) At last, a line correlation analysis was performed between the inhibitory carcinogenesis rate (ICR) and contents of the elements.Results The rates of carcinogenesis in all herb guoups were lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). A positive correlation between ICR and contents of Se (0.30～1.48 μg. g-1) and Mn (29.2～34.2 μg. g-1) was funded (r=0.923 and 0.794, P<0.025 and 0.0025), while no correlation between ICR and Mo and Zn.Coeclusion (1) All the six kinds of herbs hale a blocking effect on mouse forestomach carcinogenesis in varying degree; (2) The blocking. effect may be related to these herbs' contents of Se and Mn.
