摘要
本研究通过理化方法和电镜观察,对山东3个绒山羊品种的57个绒样进行了系统分析和综合评价。结果表明其主要质量指标均达到出口标准和符合深加工要求,原绒含绒率平均为56.16%,绒细度14.83pm,绒伸直长度为4.38cm,工业手排长度2.47cm,强度4.05g,伸度37.22%,绒纤维鳞片以环形为主,密度达722.80层/cm。青、紫、白3个绒种相比,以紫绒最好。但山东山羊绒具有色泽多样、手排时易断、纤维细度不均匀等不足,为此建议生产中采用引种杂交、保证纤维生长时期的营养均衡、应用科学抓绒技术等措施,以进一步改进山东山羊绒的品质。
This paper studies on fifty-seven raw cashmere samples of three main Shandong Cashmere Goats by means of physicochemical method and electromicrography. Percentage,fineness,stretched length and handranked length of down are 68.27%,14.83μm,4.38cm and 2.47cm respectively.Down strength and elongation at break are 4.05g and37.22% respectively.The scale shape of down fibre is circle in chief.The scale densityis 772.8 layer/cm. All three types of cashmereM achieve the export standard and areadapted to the requirement of the textile industry.Among three types of cashmere, the violet cashmere is the best.However,the defects of these cashmere,such as complexdown colours,easy break as well as non-evenness of down fineness should be improved. To do this,it is suggested that:(1) improve down colour by seiecting and crossing.(2) ensure nutritive equilibrium and plenty of nutrition during down growth period. (3)comb out cashmere with scientific method.
