气相色谱保留指数谱用于中药材鉴别的研究

Studies on Gas Chromatographic Retention Index Spectrum for Identification of Medicinal Herbs

本文根据规范化的色谱条件测定了６种常用中药－砂仁、当归、苍术、柴胡、藁本和香附的挥发油成分的气相色谱保留指数（ＧＣＲＩ），并从中选择若干代表性成分的ＧＣＲＩ值组成各自的气相色谱保留指数谱（ＧＣＲＩｓ）。实验测得的ＧＣＲＩ值重现性好，３个实验室所测保留指数的ＲＳＤ＜１．０％，研究表明，ＧＣＲＩｓ对于鉴别中药是一种很有前途的手段，特别在中药混乱品种的澄清、指导加工炮制和进行质量评价方面均具有可供实用的前景。本文并利用ＧＣ－ＭＳ和ＧＣ－ＦＴＩＲ对各品种的主要挥发性成分作出了定性鉴别。

Based on the standardized chromatographic conditions.determination of gas chromatographic retention indices(GCRI) for components of the essential oil of radix angelicae sinensis. rhizoma atractylodis,fructus amomi,rhizoma cyperi.radix bupleuri and rhizoma ligustici have been reported here.The retaintion indices of several major components constituted the gas chromatographic retention index spectra (GCRIs) for the medicinal herbs,respectively.The measured value of the GCRI of each component was precise and reproducible. The RSD of the GCRI measured in three laboratories were less than 1.0%.The results indicated that the GCRIs is a prospective means for identification of medicinal herbs,particularly. in the fields of verification of some foreign or related strains or varieties,guide of processing technology and quality evaluation.The main volatile components of the specimens were identified by means of GC-MS and GC-FTIR.
