葡萄糖输液杂质含量与葡萄糖原料杂质含量相关;配料液调节在pH4时,成品杂质含量最低;灭菌的温度提高,时间延长,杂质含量呈线性增加。加入稳定剂焦亚硫酸钠,能防止葡萄糖分解。
The contents of impurities in glucose infection were relevant to
those in its raw material. The contents of impurities increased linearly with the
temperature and time of sterilization, and were lowest when the pH was 4 of glu-
cose solution prepared. Addition of Na_2S_2O_3 prevented the decomposition glucose.
