摘要
通过4,4'-硝基偶氮苯甘油单醚与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的缩二脲在电场下极化交联反应合成交联型二阶非线性光学聚合物,利用二次谐波和紫外可见吸收光诸对该聚合物的取向及松弛进行了研究。测试了二阶非线性极化率χ ̄(2)、二阶非线性光学系数d_(33)和电光系数γ_(33)表明上述极化交联聚合物的d_(33)在10 ̄(-8)~10 ̄(-7)esu,在测试时间范围内基本不随时间而衰减.
The orientation and relaxation of a crosslinked and poled polymer based on the re-action of glycerin monoether of 4-[(p-nitrophenyl)azo]phenol with biuret of hexamethylenediisocyanate have been studied by UV-Vis spectra and second harmonic generation ( SHG)techniques。 Second order nonlinear susceptibility χ ̄(2) ,second harmonic coefficient d_(33) andelectro-optic coefficientγ_(33) were determined.The d_(33) of the crosslinked and poled polymerwas in the range of 10 ̄(-8)~10 ̄(-7)esu and kept constant for a period of 100h after poling andcrosslinking.
