摘要
以新鲜麦苗汁加苔菜等植物提取液经干燥制成麦草粉。动物实验结果表明,该麦草粉属无毒级,对高脂大鼠降低体重和血脂(TC、TG)以及提高心血管保护因素HDL-C含量均有非常显著作用(P<0.01)。并能降低血清过氧化脂质(LPO),增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05)。预防性应用能明显减轻酒精性胃炎引起的出血(P<0.05)及增强运动耐力(P<0.05)。
