Study on Bronchography under Acupuncture Anesthesia

支气管造影检查是肺癌等病的重要诊断方法之一。由于传统药麻造影的缺点,使该检查未能充分发挥作用。因此,《中华放射学杂志》

The article emphasizes on over 700 cases ofbronchography under acupuncture anesthesia insdeadof conventional anesthesia.The comparision was madebetween those cases and 141 cases of bronchographyunder conventional anesthesia.The result showedthat under acupuncture anesthesia,the contrast me-dium can fill terminal bronchioles but can not enterpulmonary alveoli and there are also merits of doub-le contrast bronchus and contour of bronchus.There-fore,the success and diagnosis were apparentlyhigher than bronchography under conventional anes-thesia with iodipia.
