摘要
本文研究了鼠笼异步电机起动过程中转子故障特征量──(1—2S)f1分量的变化规律,并通过对异步电机起动过程的定子电流作时变谱分析,以是否存在(1—2S)f1分量,来诊断转子有无故障。实测结果表明,这种方法与稳态运行作谱分析的方法相比,具有故障特征信息多、诊断灵敏度高、谱分辨率要求低等优点,以及不存在稳态运行时机械负载摆动影响识别故障特征量那种问题。
The variation of the current component (1 - 2s)f1, the feature component of rotor fault,of the stator current during the starting process of a Squirrel-cage induction motor is studied in this paper. The rotor fault in induction motors is diagnosed by extracting (1 - 2s)f1 component from the time-varying frequency spectrum of the stator current during the starting process. The measured results show that compared with spectrum analysis of the stator current during stablestate opration,this approach has many advantages,such as higher diagnosing sensitivity,more information of fault features,less requirement of high resolutions and is free of harmful effect on extracting fault features caused by mechanical load swing during stable state operation.
