摘要
本文从试制复合材料常用的成型工艺——层压法入手,对PET机织物增强PVC复合材料的成型工艺作了较深入的研究,并探讨了复合工艺中温度、压力、时间对复合材料性能及复合制品外观的影响。结论表明:三个工艺参数配置不当,将会引起复合材料内在及外观质量的恶化;只有三者合理搭配才能制成性能优良、外观良好的复合材料制品。
In this paper, on the basis of the research on laminating method-usually used to make composite-the processing of the PET woven fabric reinforced PVC matrix copositematerial. Through lots of experiment, we discuss the parameters'-temperature, pressureand time-influence on the properties and appearance of the composites. The conclusion isthat only when the parameters are set rationally, the good-quality composites can be produced.
