摘要
文蛤提取物及文蛤多糖对受环磷酰胺抑制的DH反应具有明显上调作用;而对受环磷酰胺所致过高的DH反应具有明显下调作用。提示文蛤提取物及文蛤多糖有双向免疫调节作用。
The immunomodulating effects of the extract from Meretrix meretrix on the delayed hypersensitivity (DM) in mice were investigated. The results showed that the extract from Meretrix ineretrix and its polysaccharides antagonized not only the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide (CTX) as an immunosuppressor,but also the promotive effect of CTX as an immunopotemiator.
