通过测定脱脂废液中羟基脯氨酸、还原糖含量和氮含量以及扫措电镜观察脱脂过程中胶原纤维的变化,探讨了TZ-1脱脂对生皮中某些蛋白质组分的作用。

The effects of TZ -1 degreasing agent to some protein component of hides have been investigated by determining the quantity of hydroxyproline,reducing sugar and nitronen in degreasing liquor and by obser vatting the change of the collogen fibrils during degreasing process by SEM.
