摘要
本研究采用溶液蒸发热解工艺,通讨调整和控制锆盐溶液的浓度、溶剂、雾化量、温度等工艺参数,直接制备出0.4~1.5μm范围内超细高纯ZrO_2粉体。
In this study, the means of EDS technology was adopted by controling the concentration, solvent, droplet volume and temperature of zirconium salt solution. By this way, we had got the powder of ultrafine and high purity which range from 0. 4 to 1. 5μm.
