摘要
测定了20例急性脑出血患者脑脊液及其中10例患者血浆中精氨酸加压素(AVP)、神经降压素(NT)和生长抑素(SS)含量,并与30例对照组比较。结果:脑出血患者脑脊液及血浆中AVP、NT含量显著增高,脑脊液中SS含量降低;血浆AVP、NT含量增高,SS含量无明显变化。提示:AVP、NT及SS参与了脑出血发病的神经化学机制;AVP可能与本病患者脑水肿的发生发展有关。
289 Arginine vasopressin(AVP).neurotensin(NT) andsomatostatine( SS).were measured in the cerebrospinalfluid (CSF ) of the 20 patients with acute cerebral hem-orrhage and in the plasm of the 10 among the above 20patients and in 30 control subjects.The results showedthat the concentrations of AVP and NT in the CSF andplasma of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhagewere significantly higher and the concentrations of SS inthe CSF were significantly lower than in the controls.Inaddition,plasma AVP and NT were increased , but plas-ma SS was not found to have any significant change, Ourstudy indicated that AVP,NT and SS participated in theneurochemical mechanism in cerebral hemorrhage attackand AVP might be related to the emergence and evolu-tion of cerebral edema in patients with acute cerebralhemorrhage.
