The Calculation Procedure for Tablet Dissolubility and Dissolution Parameters by Electronic Calculator

本文应用ＣＡＳＩＯｆｘ－３６００Ｐ电子计算器的线性回归功能（ＬＲ），以函数计算法代替传统的威布尔（Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ）概率纸作图法，直接求算片剂溶出度实验中的溶出参数Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ、ｍ值及任何时刻的溶出度，从而减少了繁琐的作图过程，避免了因人而异的拟合作图误差，操作简便，计算精确，与作图法作了对照，结果一致，更为准确。

This articel introduces a calculation method to calculate the tablet dissolubility by using the LR function of CASIOfx-3600P eletronic calculator instead of the traditional Weibull probability diagram.Utilizing this calculation method,we can directly obtain the results of dissolution parameters(T50,Td,m,etc)and the dissolubility at anytime.It also avoids the time-consuming diagram making and the operational errors made by different operators.Campared with the Weibull probability diagram method,this calculation method is simple,convenient and accurate,and the calculated results show no difference.
