摘要
以两个不同生态型黄瓜品种"津春4号"和"戴多星"为试验材材,研究正常温度和光照条件(T1)、30/25℃昼夜亚高温(T2)及30/25℃昼夜亚高温结合黑色遮阳网遮阴(T3)对黄瓜幼苗生长状态及光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:在连续16 d亚高温结合遮阴条件下,黄瓜幼苗株高和下胚轴长度较对照显著增加,下胚轴粗显著降低,鲜重和干重显著减少,子叶及第一片真叶面积变小,表现出明显的徒长状态;亚高温结合遮阴处理使黄瓜幼苗叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量减少,根冠比下降、根系活力降低。研究结果证明,亚高温结合遮阴引起黄瓜幼苗严重徒长,单一亚高温处理使黄瓜幼苗发生轻度徒长。
Using two different ecotypes of cucumber varieties 'Jinchun No.4' and 'Deltastar' as the tested materials,the effects of normal temperature and light(T1),30/25 ℃ day and night sub-high temperature(T2) and 30/25℃ day and night sub-high temperature combined with overshadowing by black sunshade net(T3) treatments on the growth of cucumber seedling and its photosynthetic pigment content were studied.The results showed that under the condition of continuous 16 days' T3 treatment,in comparison with the control(T1 treatment),the plant height and hypocotyls length of the cucumber seedlings increased significantly,the hypocotyls diameter decreased significantly,the fresh weight and dry weight reduced obviously,and the area of cotyledon and the first true leaf declined,showing obvious fruitless growth status.Meanwhile,T3 treatment could decrease the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid in cucumber seedlings,lessen the root-shoot ratio as well as root activity.These results demonstrate that sub-high temperature combined with overshadowing can cause serious excessive growth of cucumber seedlings.The single sub-high temperature treatment(T2) could lead to slight fruitless growth of cucumber seedlings.
