水菖蒲提取物对水稻褐飞虱的生物活性研究

Bioactivity of Extract from Acorus calamus against Nilaparvata lugens

采用微量点滴法和喷雾法测定了水菖蒲提取物及其乳油对褐飞虱3龄若虫的杀虫活性,结果表明:微量点滴法测定水菖蒲对褐飞虱3龄若虫72 h的半致死浓度LC50为24.30 g/L,毒力回归方程为y=3.64+0.98x。30%的乳油稀释10倍后喷雾,褐飞虱在24、48、72 h后的校正死亡率分别达到83.53%、87.06%和90.59%,对褐飞虱3龄若虫具有非常好的触杀活性。

Topical application method and spray method were used to test the efficiency of the extract from Acorus calamus L.and its 30% EC against the 3-instar nymphs of Nilaparvata lugens.The results showed that at 72 h after treatment the LC50 of the extract was 24.30 g/L,the toxicity regressive equation was y=3.64 + 0.98x.At 24,48 and 72 h after spraying 10 times dilution of 30% EC of the extract,the corrected mortality of N.lugens was 83.53%,87.06% and 90.59% respectively.
