外源性神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with extraneous nerve growth factor

目的观察外源性神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法对41例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行随机对照临床观察,治疗组以神经生长因子治疗,4μg肌注1次/d,15d为1疗程。对照组给予胰岛素降糖及对症治疗。结果治疗组自觉症状改善率达87.3%,明显高于对照组的57.6%;治疗组感觉神经传导速度也有一定程度改善,且未见明显副作用。结论神经生长因子是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种安全、有效的药物。

Objective To investigate the effect of extraneous nerve growth factor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Fourty one patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were involved in the randomized controlled clinical trial.Trial group (n=21) was treated with nerve growth factor 4 μg intramuscularly once every day for fifteen days.Control group (n=20) was treated with insulin.Results Fifteen days after the treatment,spontaneous clinical symptoms were improved by 87.3% in the trial group,which was much higher than that in the control group (57.6% ) .Nerve growth factor also benefited the increase in conduction velocity of sensory nerves to a certain extent.No obvious side effects were found.Conclusion Nerve growth factor is a safe and effective agent in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
