摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法对156例肋骨骨折患者进行MSCT薄层扫描,重建全肋骨SSD图像。156例均经多平面重建术[三维表面遮盖成像法(surface shaded display,SSD)]、多重面重建法(multi-planer reconstruction,MPR)技术重建满意的三维图像。结果 MPR显示肋骨骨折300根,SSD显示290根。结论多层螺旋CT肋骨三维重建能够直观、立体、清晰、多角度地显示肋骨骨折,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and three-dimensional reconstruction techniques in rib fracture.Methods A total of 156 patients were performed MSCT scanning of chest,and then the rib images were reconstructed with both the techniques of surface shaded display(SSD) and multi-planer reconstruction(MPR).Results The method of MRP showed 300 fractured ribs,and that of SSD showed 290 fractured ribs in all the patients examined.Conclusion The combination of MSCT scanning in combination of three-dimensional reconstruction techniques plays an important role in clinical diagnosis of rib fracture.
