小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用

Inhibitory effects of CH_2Cl_2 extract of the Caragana Microphylia Lam for the S180 sarcoma cells transplanted in mice

[目的]探讨小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用.[方法]按标准方法给小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞,随机分组,分别灌胃给予880,440,220 mg/kg小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物,10 d后观察肿瘤抑制率、免疫器官质量分数及体重的变化.[结果]不同剂量小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为41.2%,56.5%,16.9%;脾脏质量分数、胸腺质量分数与肉瘤对照组比较差异均无统计学意义.[结论]小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长有抑制作用.

OBJECTIVE To study the inhibitory effects of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana Microphylia Lam for the S180 sarcoma cells in mice.METHODSThe S180 sarcoma cells were inoculated into the mice according to the standard approach,and the mice were randomly divided and performed by intragastic administration with 880,440,220mg/kg dosages of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana Microphylia Lam.The growth inhibitory ratio of the S180 sarcoma cells,mass weight of immune organs and spleen-body ratio were observed after 10 days.RESULTS The different dosages of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana Microphylia Lam inhibitory rates for the tumor were 41.2%,56.5%,16.9%,respectively,and as compared with the S180 control group,the chest gland-body ratio and spleen-body ratio were no significant difference.CONCLUSIONThe CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana Microphylia Lam can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma cells transplanted in mice.
