满药赤雹果水提取物治疗原发性痛经的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察赤雹果水提取物(WEFT)对缩宫素诱发小鼠原发性痛经模型及离体大鼠子宫平滑肌兴奋性的影响,为临床用其治疗原发性痛经提供实验依据。方法采用缩宫素制备小鼠原发性痛经模型,以小鼠扭体反应潜伏期和扭体次数为指标,观察WEFT对缩宫素诱发原发的痛反应的影响;以离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和频率为指标,观察WEFT对缩宫素诱发大鼠离体子宫平滑肌兴奋性的影响,借以评价WEFT对原发性痛经治疗作用。结果①WEFT2.0 g/kg,1.0 g/kg组小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期(7.23±1.62)min,(6.49±1.81)min显著延长,与空白对照组(4.32±1.13)min比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);扭体反应次数(14.3±3.46)次/30 min,17.4±3.53)次/30 min,与空白对照组(32.3±5.64)次/30 min比较差异显著(P<0.01)。②在大鼠离体子宫实验中,WEFT的终浓度在0.1~1.6 mg/ml范围内可剂量依赖性的抑制缩宫素诱发的大鼠离体子宫的兴奋性,显著降低离体子宫的收缩的幅度,减少收缩频率,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 WEFT对缩宫素诱发小鼠原发性痛经模型的痛反应和大鼠离体子宫平滑肌兴奋性有显著的抑制作用,提示WEFT对原发性痛经有显著的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the water extract of the fruits of Thladiantha dudia(WEFT)on primary algomenorrhea.Methods The primary algomenorrher model and convulsion of uterus smooth muscle was induced by oxytocin in mice and rats.The observation indexes were latency period and times of wring body in mice,tension and frequency of isolated uterus of rats.Results 2.0 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg WEFT could markedly prolong latency period of wring body reaction and decrease times of wring body in mice,and there was significant difference as compared to control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Final concentration of WEFT in 0.1~1.6 mg/ml markedly inhibited frequency and tension in vitro uterus of rats,and there was marked difference as compared to control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion WEFT has inhibitory effects on pain reaction of mice with primary dysmenorrhea induced by oxytocin and convulsion of uterus smooth muscle induced by oxytocin in rats.The results indicate that WEFT has remarkable therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrheal.
