髋臼骨折不同内固定生物力学研究及临床应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的对三种内固定方法治疗髋臼骨折进行生物力学比较,为临床选择内固定方法提供可靠的实验依据。方法将12个半骨盆随机编号,分成A、B、C三组。A组给予后柱表面张力带钢丝内固定;B组给予经髋臼顶至前柱拉力螺丝钉内固定;C组给予后柱骨盆重建单钢板固定。在CSS-44020型电子万能试验机上进行该试验。结果将三组生物力学测定的最后结果进行统计学分析,将三组所测的最后结果(-x±s,KN):张力带0.436±0.067,螺钉0.406±0.068,钢板0.670±0.158,经SAS6.12(Stata4.0)进行统计学分析。结论实验结果和临床效果疗效分析相一致,证明骨盆骨折内固定生物力学测试实验具有较高的精确度,同时说明实验结果有参考的价值。 Objective To provide experimental data for the internal fixation of acetabulum fractures by biomechanical comparison of three internal fixation methods. Methods Twelve half pelvises were classified into 3 groups randomly. Different methods were used respectively. In group A, the internal fixation was with tension band wiring at posterior column. In group B, it was with compressionscrew from the top of acetabulum to anterior column. In group C, the fixation was with curved reconstruction plates at posterior column. The universal CSS- 44020 electronic testing machine was used in the experiment. Results The tensile forces were 0.436 ± 0.067, 0.406 ± 0.068, and 0. 670 ± 0. 158 respectively, Conclusion The experimental results agree with the clinical observation, which prove that biomechanical measurement is accurate, and deserve the reference.
