摘要
以不同浓度多裂骆驼蓬乙醇提取液浸种,研究对番茄幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,多裂骆驼蓬乙醇提取液浸种后,番茄幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积和干质量增加,叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、根系活力以及光合速率明显高于对照,脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞膜透性降低。壮苗指数以0.20g·mL-1处理最好。说明多裂骆驼蓬乙醇提取液浸种能够提高番茄幼苗的抗逆性,有利于培育壮苗。
Effects of different concentrations of ethanol extract from Peganum multisectum Bobr on the growth and physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings were investigated. The results showed that by soaking seeds with the extract, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight, content of chlorophyll proline, nitrate reductase activity, root vitality, photosynthesis rate, activity of SOD, CAT and POD were all increased, content of MDA and permeability of cell membrane were decreased. The optimum concentration of the extract was 0.20 g·mL^-1.
