应用近红外光谱分析法测定大豆种子蛋白质和脂肪含量的研究 被引量:33

摘要 应用近红外谷物分析仪测定了16个来自全国各地的大豆品种中种子的蛋白质和脂肪含量, 并将测定结果与传统的凯氏定氮法和索氏提取脂肪法测定结果进行比较。结果表明:相同样品分别用两种分析方法的测试结果基本吻合,尤其是应用近红外谷物分析仪测定大豆脂肪含量结果准确度较高,与索氏提取脂肪法测定结果相比,偏差均小于2.18,最低偏差仅为0.08。以上结果说明近红外谷物分析仪的大豆定标曲线稳定性较好,分析结果可靠,适用于大豆大批量育种材料筛选和非破坏性的品质鉴定工作。 The protein and oil contents in the seeds of 16 Chinese soybean varieties were determined by near--infrared spectroscopy with a near--infrared grain analyzer, and the results were compared with those by the Kjeldahl method for protein content and the Soxhlet method for oil content, respectively. The results showed that the tested values were basically consistent across the two different analyzing methods using the same samples. The oil content determined by the near--infrared grain analyzer was more accurate than that for protein content, and the variation was less than 2. 18 and the least variation was only 0.08, indicating that the calibration equation for protein and oil determination is stabile and accurate with the near--infrared spectroscopy. Based on the results, we concluded that near--infrared spectroscopy is a rapid, accurate and nondestructive method for protein and oil determination, and could be used in large--scale screenings of soybean seeds for breeding selection and quality verification.
