分析上海高校产学研合作平台的现状与存在的问题,提出应该对目前上海高校产学研合作平台进行整合与创新,构建上海高校产学研合作平台的网络体系,并对平台的功能进行了拓展.

The platform that is one of the three pivotal factors of Industry-University-Research co-operation, influences on the effect of Industry-University Research co-operation. Today, the actuality is that the Industry-University-Research platform doesn＇t acclimatize itself to the needs of economic development and technological innovation in Shanghai and must be changed, because the platform is decentralization, small size,poor specialization and it is not able to syndicate the resources of govemment and society. In this paper,the Industry-University-Research Platform Network System is established and its function is expanded.
